Living in See Thru

And we’re back! Starting 2014 a bit late I know but some things just needed doing. But this got me out of my hiatus, The Glasshouse in Bohol. It’s a serene, relaxing, luxurious getaway place in Panglao Island in Bohol. The glass walls allow you to see great vistas of the Bohol/Mindanao Sea, with full view of the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise.

Start with a natural rhythm in the morning and become a day person again.

It’s away from the hustle and bustle and tourist noise of the happening places in Bohol and Panglao but you’re never too far away from those places should you choose to go. It’s 15 minutes away from the much celebrated white beaches of Alona Panglao and five minutes away from Tagbilaran City.

Think of it as an exclusive hotel without the sharing. Every guest has the entire villa to themselves.

I think I wanna start a cooking show in this kitchen.

All around are minimalist yet elegant amenities. Including a first class kitchen which you can use with or without the in house chef to prepare your meals.

It’s the view, it’s all about the view. For the avid photographer, golden hour becomes a golden opportunity as the Glasshouse shows off it’s intricate and wonderful geometry to give you the all important bragging rights once you show off your pictures to your friends. It’s a perfect place for honeymooners, post project R & Rs (wink, wink), posh parties with solo performers or just an escapist weekend chill.

Kiddie pool or long bathtub, you decide.

Those who stay in the glasshouse often times look more forward to getting home than going to the beach because it feels exactly like that, home.
